I didn't receive my lesson this morning. What should I do?

First, check your 'Junk Mail' or 'Spam' folders. On occasion, certain e-mail services consider our e-mails advertising or spam. You may have to configure yours to accept our e-mails. If you still cannot find your lesson, it may have been deleted from your mailbox. In this case, you can access and answer it by going through the 'Pedagogy' tab in your WorkBook.

Is Wordflashback reliable, secure, and confidential?

Your privacy and security is our top priority. We take all reasonable precautions to keep your data safe and secure.


Can I choose the days I wish to receive Wordflashback?

Of course! You can change these settings in the field at the bottom of each Wordflashback lesson/correction.

Do I have to get my IT department involved (and/or install software)?

No. Wordflashback works completely independently of your servers. Only an e-mail address is needed!


How do I subscribe for Wordflashback lessons?

How can I pay for my subscription?

For all purchases, you may pay by bank card, PayPal, Alipay or monthly debits (from French bank accounts only).


Is the payment system safe ?

When you purchase a product, the transaction goes through our payment provider called Adyen. This guarantees that:

- Gymglish/Wordflashback never knows your card number; - Adyen does not have any details about what you have bought. All Adyen sees is the total value of the purchase and the order number.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The prices are all inclusive. There are no other hidden fees.
